Built in 1523, this heritage desert property is located amidst sixty acres of sand dunes and is adjacent to the lake, and is accessible only by jeep or a camel ride. There are a cluster of 16 luxuriously appointed huts with attached bathrooms and open-air shower facility. Guests can enjoy Continental and Rajasthani cuisines, which are served by the waterside or atop the dunes. Jeep safaris, camel expeditions, bird watching and cultural programmes are organized for the entertainment of the guests.

Guests can also indulge in yoga session or relax with a body massage and attain overall wellness.

There are theme dinners and high-tea served along the waterside or on atop the dunes. Business travelers can mix business with pleasure by availing the amenities for conferences and meetings, which are available at the neighboring Khimsar Fort. Here, guests can also access other facilities, including the access of its pool and a dip in its cool waters.

Rustic in appearance, in consonance with the surroundings, these luxurious huts have been deliberately designed to be eco-friendly. Come savour the tranquility of the Thar desert in all its majesty! The mini-lake that appears out of nowhere seems to be just a mirage. Isn’t it actually an oasis?
